1. Order Cancellation Eligibility:

  • Orders can be canceled before the item has been shipped or before installation (if applicable) has taken place.
  • Cancellations for products with free shipping and free installation are accepted within 3 hours from the time of order placement.
  • Cancellations for products purchased online and shipped via transport or courier (involving no personal installation) are accepted within 3 hours from the time of order placement.

  • If an order is canceled after the specified time frame or after the item has been shipped or installation has taken place, a cancellation fee of  15% may be applied to cover restocking and administrative costs.

 

4. Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If an order is canceled within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If a cancellation fee applies, the refund amount will be the total order amount minus the cancellation fee.

 

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:

  • For products that are eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Products that are shipped and installed by engineers at the shipping destination are generally not eligible for return or refund.
  • Exceptions to this rule are made only in cases where unrepairable manufacturing defects or significant issues are present with the product.

 

  1. Eligibility for Online Purchases with Transport/Courier Shipping:
  • For products purchased online and shipped via transport or courier without personal installation, returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return and refunds.
