For Purchases:

All purchases get shipped from the distribution center within Three (3) business days. Standard shipping is included free of charge, and faster methods will be available at a cost.


Confirmation Email/Text:

Once the order is accepted, you will receive an email or text message (provided at the time of checkout) with your order information.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your products have been scheduled for delivery by our distribution center and picked up, you will receive an email/text (provided at the time of checkout) with your tracking information.


Massage Chair Shipping Policy:

Full-body Massage chairs get shipped out from our distribution center within Five business days of purchase. Depending on the delivery location, the chair will arrive at your destination within 5-14 business days from the pickup date. Our freight carriers will reach out to you to confirm shipping details such as specific location, date, and time and to discuss the place to assess the best means of handling the shipment.


For Warranty Claims:

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It would help if you considered using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

iRest India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages dispatched for delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided. Date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you choose to purchase Route Package Protection, you can process a lost or stolen package through them to recover or replace your purchase
